Bulk QR Code Generator
A bulk QR code generator turns a list of links or text — pasted one per line or opened from a CSV file — into one QR code per line, named and packed into a single ZIP file.
Add a line to start.
Codes use the colours and shapes you last chose on any generator here. Nothing in the list leaves this page.A bulk QR code generator makes many codes in one go. Each line of your list becomes its own code: a link for every table in a restaurant, a product page for every item on a shelf, or a ticket page for every stall at a market. You get one ZIP file, with each code saved under the name you gave it, ready to drop into a print layout.
The list can come from wherever you keep it. Paste a column straight out of a spreadsheet, type the links one per line, or open a CSV file. Put a name and a comma before a link to name its file — Table 4, https://… — and a line with no name gets a numbered one. A link that is only a domain, such as example.com/menu, gets https:// added, the same as on the single URL generator, so phones offer to open it.
Every code in the batch is static. The link is written into the pattern itself, which is why the codes never expire and never route a customer through anyone else’s server. It also means a code cannot be pointed somewhere new after printing, so use links you intend to keep.
Make a batch of QR codes
- Paste your links or text into the box, one per line. A spreadsheet column copied and pasted works as it is.
- To name each file, put the name first and a comma after it: Table 4, https://cafe.example/menu?table=4.
- Or open a CSV file with the name in the first column and the link in the second. A header row such as Name, URL is skipped.
- Check the preview of the first code and the list of file names beside it.
- Pick PNG for screens and most apps, or SVG if the codes are going to a printer.
- Press Download ZIP, and scan two or three of the codes with your phone before you print the whole batch.

Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 500 per batch. A longer list is not cut silently: the page tells you how many lines were left out, so you can make them in a second batch. The limit exists because every code is drawn in your own browser, and a phone runs out of memory long before a desktop does.
Is the bulk generator free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no limit on how many batches you make. The codes are static, so they also never stop working or ask for a subscription later.
Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. The codes are drawn and zipped by JavaScript in this page, on your device, and the ZIP is saved straight from your browser. The site has no server that could receive the list.
What format should my CSV be in?
Two columns: a name for the file, then the link or text. Quotes around a field that contains a comma work as they do in any spreadsheet export. A file with only one column also works, and each code gets a numbered file name instead.
Can I put a logo or my colours on every code?
Yes. Open Customize on any generator on this site and set the colours, shapes or logo there. The bulk generator uses the style you last chose, so every code in the batch matches.
Can I make a batch of WiFi or contact card codes?
Only if you paste the finished text of each code. Every line is written into a code exactly as typed, except that a bare domain such as example.com gets https:// in front. For a few WiFi or contact codes, the single generators for those are easier.
